Luke Grimes was an American musician and actor who appeared in several well-known TV and film series, such as American Sniper Fifty Shades of Grey Yellowstone. He is known both for his unique and charismatic appearances, but also for his passion for the music. Luke Timothy Grimes, an American actor. Luke Grimes is best known for his performances in the critically acclaimed film American Sniper the Fifty Shades film series and the drama series Yellowstone (2018-present). Grimes was the son of a Pentecostal pastors in Dayton Ohio. Grimes went to Dayton Christian High School from 2002 until 2003. Luke Grimes has three siblings: two sisters named Racheal and Abby and a brother named Seth. Luke Grimes was raised in an orthodox and religious family. He attended Dayton Christian High School. When he graduated from high school, in 2002 Luke moved to New York City to pursue his goal of being an actor. Two years of formal training as an actor were completed by the American Academy of Dramatic Arts. He also took guitar and singing classes in order to develop his musical talents.
