Tina and Amanda

Tina Louise, an American actress and writer popular for her portrayal of Ginger Grant on the television show Gilligan's Island in the 1960s. In the 1950s, she started her acting career on stage for Bettle Davis' show Two's Company. In the following years, she appeared in many Broadway productions before making it huge in the national theater scene with Li'l Abner's in the year 1957. The same year, she debuted her debut music album called The album is Tina Time. Louise first made it to Hollywood in the role of Griselda Walden in God's Little Acre, a film from 1957 that was a dramatic. The film was an enormous success and Louise even won the Golden Globe Award at the New Star of the Award category. While in New York, Louise enrolled at Actors Studio and began her relationship to Lee Strasberg. The next memorable role she played was in 1964. The actress signed with CBS for the role of Ginger Grant. Louise Balfour managed to play between Broadway and Hollywood portraying somber character as contrast to her image of the glamorous model. Amanda Tapping..........................Amanda Tapping is best known for her acting roles as Samantha Carter in the series Stargate. SG-1 & Sanctuary however she also established herself as an accomplished television director on numerous series, including Supernatural & The 100. She was birthed in Essex August 28th, 1965. The family relocated to Toronto to spend her youth. When she was chosen to play the role as Samantha Carter, she moved to Vancouver in 1997 and is a resident of Vancouver ever from then on.
