She was involved in all industries, and worked with groups of managers to reach the business objectives, especially during the midst of dramatic change and growth. She has served as a thought partner helping to transform business and human resources strategies into enterprise-wide goals and strategic plans through organizational and performance management employees' engagement, organizational and performance management, as well as the management of change. She's passionate about education and sees the development of teams and leaders as the ultimate competitive advantage. In her experience working with Fortune 500 and smaller companies She has created and coached leaders who have demonstrated success and results. Her work helped to develop cultures which promote innovation in learning as well as beneficial change for people and teams. Annmarie, who has a commitment to supporting Learning Ally in its mission, also devotes her free time in providing assistance to different non-profit organizations. They include participating as an active member of the Castell Project Leadership Development Committee which is a group dedicated to helping women grow as leaders by providing education for the Hospitality Healthcare Network a professional membership association in North America with the specific purpose of providing education, networking and advocacy specifically for hospitals and hospitality facilities, as well as aiding Shatterproof as a nonprofit national organization committed to ending addiction in the United States in educating communities to help those affected by the illness of addiction.
