Andrea Jeremiah
Andrea Maria Jeremiah works as an Indian performer, actress and musician. The majority of her work comes focused on Tamil or Malayalam films. Annayum's Rasoolum has marked her Malayalam as well as Tamil debuts as an actor. Andrea Jeremiah was born in Anglo-Indian born in Arakkonam Tamil Nadu. Her father works as an attorney in the Madras High Court. She has one younger sister who is a resident of Leuven Belgium as a research assistant. Jeremiah was raised in Chennai. He was a student at National Public School. After the completion of his studies, he attended Women's Christian College. Andrea was a classes in classical piano when she was eighteen, was called an "geek" and aspired to be a psychiatric nurse until her board exam in 12th grade. At age 10 she was an active member of the group of the Jackson Five called Young Stars which formed the basis of her first musical and singing career. She was an actor at her college and was a part of in a variety of plays staged by The Madras Players, EVAM and various theatre organizations. Andrea was President of the Student Senate at Women's Christian College. Andrea started performing as a young performer acting in Girish Karnad Nagamandala. She was a part of Shiva as a leo coffee ad in 2006. Also, she acted as a character in Podhigai's serial. She has performed all over India. She was in a short part at the conclusion of Kanda Mudhal 2005. Gautham Menon asked Andrea to be the main character following her performance. she sang in Vettaiyaadu Vilaiyaadu. The film was an adaptation of James Siegel's novel Derailed with Andrea playing Kalyani who is a housewife her husband who is caught in a sexual affair and gets blackmailed. Andrea was approached by Simran shobana and Tabu. The film was released at the start of 2010. She agreed in 2011 to take on a small supporting role in Venkatprabhu's multi-starrer Mankatha and it was came out in August 2011. Annayum Rasoolum is a romantic movie by Rajeev ravi which was released in 2013, marked her Malayalam debut.
