Sharp, who was born in Rochester, New York in 1962, studied clarinets along with cellos, pianos, and clarinets at Hochstein School of Music. Sharp received a tuition grant to The Boston Conservatory for her love of school theatre. Cum Laude's B.F.A. was awarded to Sharp upon her graduation. Sharp's primary focus was on the stage. Sharp was a part of The Broadway National Tour of Carousel. Sharp has also been seen in Abyssinia as well as Aida. The other performances include: Thunder Knockin', Jitney and The Producers. Sharp has other ideas that she is working on alongside her projects for screen and stage. Sharp continues to sing and she has an album of her own currently in the process of being recorded. Sharp has a habit of being either in front of or behind the camera as well as in the studio, enjoys staying fit. Sharp studies Krav Maga along with boxing. Sharp likes to play piano, go hiking and taking a long road trip. Sharp resides with her spouse and two children and lives in Los Angeles.
